Our goal: raise $250,000 for DOCA’s Operating Reserve Fund by our 75th Anniversary Annual Conference in San Antonio this October. Every tax-deductible gift strengthens DOCA for the generations to come.

Dear Fellow DOCA Members,

Throughout its history, the Defense Orientation Conference Association has succeeded because of one simple reason—our members. For decades, your commitment, expertise, and generosity have built an organization that delivers exceptional conferences, fosters lasting professional relationships, and advances the defense orientation community.

Following a review of DOCA’s mid-year financial forecast, we are pleased that our conferences continue to perform well and that our officers, Treasurer, Executive Committee, and administrative staff have managed the Association’s resources with exceptional care and fiscal discipline. While DOCA remains financially stable, unrestricted operating revenue—particularly member donations—has been lower than expected. We believe this is the right time to strengthen our Operating Reserve Fund so that DOCA remains financially strong and well prepared for future opportunities and unforeseen challenges. For that reason, I am pleased to announce the 2026 Chairman’s Leadership Giving Campaign.

Your tax-deductible contribution will help DOCA continue to:

  • Deliver outstanding conferences and professional development opportunities.
  • Invest in improved services and technology for our members.
  • Maintain the financial flexibility to respond to future opportunities and unexpected challenges.
  • Preserve the long-term financial strength of our Association.
