RECENT DOCA CONFERENCES AT MILITARY INSTALLATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES
AND DOCA CONFERENCES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES
March 2022: Los Angeles/Santa Barbara – The focus of this conference was the present and future use of space and modern naval warfare at the Navy’s premiere weapons testing. Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Los Angeles AFB/Space Systems Command (SSC) Visited LA Garrison and Space Systems Command – Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center; Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division; Mission Briefings: Space Launch Delta 30, Combined Force Space Component Command,576 Flight Test Squadron, and Delta 1.
October 2021: Annual Meeting, Colorado Springs – Visited HQ Norad/Northcom and the Space Operations Command as well as Schriever Space Force Base (SFB) where the newest work is being done to deter cyber-attacks on our country and militaristic attacks on our space-based satellites. We also hosted Ft. Carson with presentations on training, mobilization and security for their 4th Infantry Division and Garrison Command at the hotel.
March 2020: Air Force Sustainment Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah for briefings on Nuclear Deterrence, Ground Based Strategic Deterrent, the Air Force’s role in the US Nuclear Triad, the legacy air craft sustainment program for the F-35, F-22, F-16 and A-10, visiting the Minuteman 111 Maintenance program and the 419th Fighter Wing which maintains the F-35 mission support program.
October 2019: Newport, Rhode Island for briefings at the Naval War College, visiting Fort Adams (Revolutionary War fort) for a clam bake, briefings at Naval Submarine Base New London and Naval Submarine School, visiting General Dynamics Electric Boat manufacturing complex and briefs at the US Coast Guard Academy.
June 2019: High North II and NATO II, Oslo Norway and Brussels, Belgium. Briefings at the US Embassy Oslo, Norwegian Ministry of defense and Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At NATO, briefings from the US Mission to NATO and briefings from Allied officials.
April 2019: Air Force Logistics, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for briefings from the Air Force Sustainment Center, Air Force Logistics Complex, 72nd Air Base Wing, 76th Propulsion Maintenance Group, and briefings at the Mike Moroney Aeronautic Center from the Federal Aviation Administration re training for air controllers and related activities.
July 2018: NATO I, London, United Kingdom and Brussels, Belgium. Briefings at the US Embassy London, at the Air Force 48th Fighter Wing (RAF Lakenheath), Air Force 100th Air Refueling Wing (RAF Mildenhall), UK Ministry of Defense, UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and view the Farnborough International Air Show. At Brussels, receive briefings at the US Embassy, from the US Mission to NATO, the Supreme Head Quarters Allied Powers Europe and tour the Somme Battlefield.
April 2018: San Antonio, Texas Battlefield Medicine and Healthcare Delivery. Briefings at the Brooke Army Medical Center, US Army Institute for Surgical Research, Air Force 59th Medical Wing, Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center and UT Health San Antonio-Military Health Institute.
March 2018: High North I, Anchorage and Fairbanks, Alaska for briefings at 11th Air Force, Alaskan Command/NORTHCOM, Alaskan NORAD Region, AF 3rd Wing and 176th Wing, US Army Alaska, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25 Infantry Division, AF 354th Fighter Wing, Cold Regions Test Center and 49th Missile Defense Battalion.
January 2018: Northeast Asia II. Pacific Command, Honolulu, Hawaii for briefings at US Pacific Command, Pacific Air Forces Command, US Pacific Fleet Command, Commander, Submarine Force, US Pacific Fleet, US Marine Corp Forces, Pacific, 25th Infantry Division and Kaniel K.
